Housing

The policies of successive governments has resulted in the cost of housing and credit in Ireland keeping young people from the prospect of ever owning their own home.

I propose

Removing application/connection costs to state entities to reduce the cost of the mortgage,

Allow planning exemptions for people housing themselves in temporary structures on serviced sites.

Establish a community bank network for the productive economy to provide credit and finance structures for builders and buyers.
